WEATHER: B+. Partly cloudy. A little chilly -- high 50's.
CHERRY BLOSSOM STATUS: Pre-bloom. A couple trees around the pond were showing signs of bloomage, but the two rows in the Cherry Esplanade are just not ready to party.
ANIMALS? Yes. Many robins, ducks, and geese, but no babies. Lots of turtles in the pond today.
...BUNNIES? One bunny was spotted, but it was an adult, and we only caught its backside.
NOTABLES: Everything at the Brooklyn Botanic Garden is engraved. Even the rocks.

We're *hoping* to see some cherry blossoms in Tokyo/Kyoto while we're there, but we may be missing them... *crosses fingers*
